Bryan Rundell – Rogue Investor.
Bryan used his Bachelor’s degree in Geology and Master’s degree in Hydrogeology to earn his position as a top scientist at an engineering and consulting firm, serving as a senior hydrogeologist. While there, Bryan learned that many of his clients were interested in environmental surveys for real estate purposes. Michael Williams- Rogue Investor.
After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Geology and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Michael worked for two large engineering firms, specializing in the cleanup of contaminated properties for government and industrial clients. He became interested in real estate through these environmental property transfers and through the government foreclosure market.
After making purchases in the foreclosure market, then mastering and teaching tax liens and tax deeds, Michael now spends his time researching, purchasing and developing real estate around the world.
